Technician/Installer

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to obtain DOT certification
  • Six months garage door, dock, or high speed door experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate with basic knowledge of power and hand tools.
  • Experience hauling a trailer preferred
  • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs on a regular basis – this is a very physically demanding job
  • Must be comfortable working with ladders (up to 15ft)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • A high level of attention to detail, organization and follow-through skills.
  • Able to complete work with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a measuring tape
  • Excellent customer service skills

*Welding experience a huge bonus – No certifications required*

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting for work at the scheduled time
  • Maintain current valid driver’s license
  • Loading, unloading and stocking company work vehicle
  • Contacting customers to schedule arrival times before shift each day
  • Service and install garage doors, garage door openers and dock equipment
  • Communicate with customers and co-workers for questions, directions, product knowledge, sales and collection of payment.
  • Maintain current certifications as required by company/local/legal entities – i.e. OSHA, DOL, Work Comp etc.
  • Maintain professional demeanor and appearance as per company policy and employee manual.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
  • Rotating on-call weeks which include weekend work

(approximately once every three months)

Lead Generator

All Seasons Garage Door is seeking part time friendly, outgoing individuals to represent our company at roadshows in our local COSTCO stores. We have partnered with Costco to operate mini-showrooms on these sales floors to sell Garage Doors through Costco to their members. Must have good communication skills and enjoy working with the public. We provide paid training, promotions, and incentives throughout the year giving you the opportunity to earn even more!

 

What You Need to Succeed

• Self-motivated with organizational skills

• An understanding of the value of a long-lasting relationship, delivering to both the business and our customers

• An interest in building a relationship-based client list in our growing business

Available hours are Thursday through Sunday

Must be 18+

Flexible hours

Shifts 4-8 Hours in length

5-20 Hours a week.

Pay is based on experience, this position is hourly with the opportunity to earn commission.

Training provided, transportation necessary

Must be outgoing, friendly, and find it easy to communicate with others. Professional appearance and ability to conduct in store demonstrations is required.

Must be organized, dependable, and able to manage a daily schedule.

Previous experience with lead generation/outside sales is a plus!
