Dock Equipment Installation

We offer dock equipment from leading manufacturers to improve productivity, safety, energy consumption and comfort in your facility. Reliable and effective dock equipment is essential to any successful operation.

Pit Levelers

Pit Levelers

Pit levelers are installed in a concrete pit in the building and bridge the gap between a loading dock and truck or trailer, creating a safe and level surface for loading and unloading.

Hydraulic

Hydraulic levelers use single-button operation and can be designed to handle very large loads while requiring little effort from the user. They generally require less maintenance and repairs than other styles of levelers while reducing risk of injury to the user.

Air Bag

Air bag levelers use single-button operation and require little effort from the user. They offer a simple design with few moving parts and low maintenance costs while reducing risk of injury to the user.

Mechanical

Mechanical levelers are manually operated by the operator pulling a chain to raise it and using their body weight to lower it onto the truck. They offer a lower up-front cost than air bag and hydraulic levelers but generally require more maintenance and repairs.

Edge of Docks

Edge of Docks

Edge of dock levelers are mounted to the edge of a loading dock to bridge the gap between the dock and the truck or trailer during loading and unloading.

Hydraulic

Hydraulic edge of dock levelers are operated with the push of a button, minimizing effort and risk of injury to the user.

Mechanical

Mechanical edge-of-dock levelers are manually operated by using a lever to raise and lower the leveler into the back of the truck or trailer.

Vehicle Restraints

Vehicle Restraints

Vehicle restraints secure the truck to the loading dock, ensuring that the truck can’t move away and cause a dangerous situation during the loading and unloading process.

Automatic

Automatic restraints are operated by the push of a button. All restraints are equipped with light systems to inform the loading dock personnel when it is safe to enter the trailer or truck and inform the driver when it is safe to drive away from the dock.

Manual

Manual restraints are manually operated by using a rod to engage and disengage it from the RIG bar. All restraints are equipped with light systems to inform loading dock personnel when it is safe to enter the trailer or truck and inform the driver when it is safe to drive away from the dock.

Seals & Shelters

Seals & Shelters

Dock seals and shelters seal the gap between the building and the truck at the dock. This increases energy efficiency and comfort for dock personnel.

Compression Seals

Compression seals use high density foam wrapped in heavy-duty vinyl to create a seal between the back of the truck and the building, thus keeping the elements outside the building during the loading and unloading process.

Dock Shelters

Dock shelters use a frame covered in fiberglass and/or heavy-duty vinyl to create a seal between the truck and the building. Shelters are generally used when the door opening on the building is significantly larger than the opening in the back of the truck.
