- Customers will be contacted the morning of the service call and a window of time will be given for our arrival.
- We will arrive on site and can either call to let the customer know we are there or make arrangements with little to no contact to let the customer know we are there (knock on door only).
- We will try to maintain 6 feet of distance from customers at all times.
- Techs will sanitize their hands before and after every service call.
- No handshakes or customer contact.
- Techs will wear gloves to protect themselves and not have any direct contact with anything at customers’ jobs when possible.
- Any contact we do make will be wiped down and sanitized once we are done.
- On occasions where we need a customer signature we will ask customers to use their own pens.
- Receipts can be left on site or emailed to the customer.
- Payments can be given to the tech or called into our office.
