Lubricating door components 2-3 times per year will keep your door operating smoothly and quietly
Verify that there are no items or debris such as leaves and webs that can obstruct the photo sensors as this can prevent the door from closing.
Periodically washing your door panels using water and a mild soap will help remove salt and other corrosives from the finish and prevent rust from forming. DO NOT PRESSURE WASH!
